I am a married, have 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren, 4 dogs, 2 cats and a fishtank full of fish.  I am also a 911 dispatcher in Boone County and have been for 10 years and look forward to working with this organization in whatever capacity I'm needed in.

2nd Run Fur Fun

Proceeds from this event will benefit Boone County DART in purchasing a trailer, supplies, and additional training to help animals in need during a disaster. This will benefit not only DART but the communities which it serves.

I, the undersigned, know that running a race or walking a dog is a potentially dangerous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and appropriately trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to me or my pets ability to safely complete the event. I am participating in this race of my own free will assuming all risks associated with running in this race or pet walking such as falls, contact with other participants or animals, high heat and humidity, conditions of the pavement, etc. The Boone County DART, volunteers, and Boone County Conservation grounds are not responsible for any mishaps in this day?s events. I hereby release and hold harmless the people, animals, and grounds of this event. I am entering at my own risk and I am responsible for any pets and/or children I bring with me and their risk at this event. All pets must provide a current rabies certificate prior to be allowed to participate. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
